Our centers of excellence for care includes a collaborative and comprehensive approach that includes pre-injury awareness/baseline testing and post injury rehabilitation. We offer FREE baseline test using Sway medical at our clinics.  The test will consist of validated objective assessments for balance, cognition, and function.  Baseline testing establishes a vital benchmark and helps with management if event occurs.

What is SWAY?

Sway Medical is a phone based application that helps our therapists track and test objective data on patient's balance, cognition, and function. This FDA cleared Class II medical device is included in your therapy treatment at no additional charge! The app utilizes smart phone's built in sensors and accelerometer to gather data in a three dimensional space. The data is kept secure and is only shared with your therapist in the form of detailed reports to help formulate the best treatment plan for your symptoms.
