Semi-private training offers a unique blend of individualized attention and the camaraderie of a small group setting. Kilo Gym’s programming focuses on injury prevention, help athletes develop proper technique and reduce the risk of injuries, ensuring long-term athletic success.
Nutrition Program
You spend a fraction of your time each week at the gym. In many ways, what you do outside of the gym is more important than what you do while you’re here. We designed our Nutrition Program at South River Rehabilitation and Performance to be flexible and sustainable. Using data-driven feedback, we create a customize plain tailored to your goals. Get the results you want faster than training alone with a fitness community routing for your success!

Performance Memberships
- Student Athletes: Starting at $64 per month
All tiered memberships include individualized sports performance programming, movement correction, and assessment. Special cage rental pricing is also included but varies based on the tier.
- General Gym Members: Starting at $50 per month
You’ll get an individualized workout that’ll change as needed to fit your individual goals.
- Senior Members: Starting at $35 per month
Medicare Wellness is designed for seniors who are looking to move better, feel better, and improve the overall quality of their health and fitness.
- Team Discounts
Similar to our tiered memberships, our team memberships vary based on the frequency of workouts needed to meet your team's goals.
- Hitting & Pitching Sessions: Prices vary by Coach
Corrective exercises performed with performance movements will improve performance with pitching specifically and decrease overall injury risk.
- Personal Training Sessions: Prices vary by Coach
With one-on-one training and supervision from our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, you’ll see results faster than with a membership alone.

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel membership at the end of the current term by providing notice at least 5 days before the membership renews.
Hold Policy: Members may put memberships on hold by providing advance notice and giving return date.

Owner
Justin is proud to offer a one-stop shop for your physical and sporting demands to serve the greater Shenandoah Valley. He and his staff offer a high-quality product at an affordable cash rate if you do not have insurance or a sky high deductible. Physical therapy, sports performance training, general gym memberships, and baseball instruction provided by local experts are all under one roof.
Tyler "Tank" Knecht
Coach
Tank has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach at South River since October of 2017. He completed his undergraduate at Bridgewater College where he worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern for the Athletic Department. Tank has also been involved in the Augusta County sports community, as a high school wresting and football coach during his time with South River.
Emma Tomlinson
Coach
Emma is a recent graduate of James Madison University, and is currently enrolled in the graduate kinesiology program. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in weight loss, muscle building, and body composition training and programming for adults.
Mikayla Dix
Coach
Mikayla is currently enrolled in Liberty University's undergraduate kinesiology program. A NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Mikayla specializes in athletic performance training for both young athletes and college aged/adult athletes.
