H2 Health Announces Partnership with Valir Outpatient Clinics

Jacksonville, FL, December 9, 2024— H2 Health, www.h2health.com, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to purchase the majority ownership interest in Valir Outpatient Clinics which includes 25 locations providing physical therapy and related services throughout Oklahoma. The transaction expands H2’s coverage in Oklahoma to 29 locations. Guy Sansone, CEO, Chairman and Co-Founder of H2 Health noted, “Since our founding in 2020, H2 has grounded ourselves in two major principles. After closing this transaction, H2 Health will own and operate over 270 clinic locations. H2 Health is a comprehensive rehabilitation provider with both adult and pediatric therapy services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
