H2 Health Announces Partnership with Teays Physical Therapy Center

Transaction further establishes H2’s footprint in Virginia and as the largest provider in the Roanoke area

Jacksonville, Florida —August 20, 2024 — H2 Health, www.h2health.com, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, announced the acquisition of Teays Physical Therapy Center (“TPTC”) including two locations in
Hurricane and St. Albans, WV. The transaction expands H2’s coverage in West Virginia into a new market and continues to establish H2 as the largest provider of outpatient physical therapy in West Virginia with 29 locations including Greenbrier Valley Physical Therapy and Rankin Physical Therapy. TPTC opened in 1990 with a mission to be a patient-centered, therapist-led organization dedicated to improving the health
of the community. Under the direction of Christin Casto, PT, MPT, Cert. MDT, the practice offers physical therapy, massage therapy, and wellness services.

After closing this transaction, H2 Health will own and operate over 229 clinic locations. H2 Health is a comprehensive rehabilitation provider with both adult and pediatric therapy services including physical
therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
