Transaction continues growth for H2 as largest outpatient physical therapy provider in West Virginia

Jacksonville, Florida —October 1, 2024 — H2 Health, www.h2health.com, a comprehensive rehabilitation
provider, announced the acquisition of Elk Valley Physical Therapy, in Elkview, WV. The transaction
expands H2’s coverage in West Virginia into a new market and continues to establish H2 as the largest
provider of outpatient physical therapy in West Virginia with 30 locations including Greenbrier Valley
Physical Therapy and Rankin Physical Therapy. Elk Valley has been providing high quality physical therapy
services to the Elkview community for over 15 years. Under the direction Andi Geary, PT, the practice offers
physical therapy and wellness services.
