Transaction expands H2’s coverage in Tampa MSA

Jacksonville, Florida — August 28, 2024 — H2 Health, www.h2health.com, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, announced the acquisition of Allcare Physical Therapy and Fitness in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The transaction represents the continued expansion for H2 in the Tampa Bay market and in Florida 74 locations including outpatient adult, pediatric, and senior living facilities throughout the state. The business will be operating under the Back to Work brand. Allcare has been providing quality care for over 18 years, under the direction of Russ Clifford PT, Founder. Russ Clifford commented about joining the H2 team, “We have always prided ourselves on our commitment to excellence, integrity, and quality physical rehabilitation care. I am excited to join the Back to Work team and continue providing quality care in St. Pete.”

H2 Health is a comprehensive rehabilitation provider with both adult and pediatric therapy services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). H2 anticipates adding pediatric therapy services to the Tampa market in the near future.
