H2 Health Announces Growth in Virginia and West Virginia
Transactions add 2 additional partners and 3 clinic locations
Jacksonville, Florida — July 1, 2024 — H2 Health, www.h2health.com, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, announced partnership with South River Rehabilitation and Performance in Staunton and Stuarts Draft, VA and partnership with Athletic and Physical Therapy Services in Beckley, WV. H2 now operates 27 locations in West Virginia and 29 locations in South, West and Central Virginia.
South River Rehabilitation and Performance was founded by Justin Dimitt, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS with a focus on function and sports performance training. Both facilities offer transitional physical therapy in conjunction with fitness and performance services. Justin commented, “Our facilities are designed be a one stop shop for physical and sporting demands where the patient or client wants to take charge of their health and performance. With H2 as our partner, we want to be able to grow to serve even more patients
and athletes in our community.”
Athletic and Physical Therapy Services has been providing physical therapy services in Raleigh County for 36 years. The business has been an integral part of the community and is proud to have provided treatment to many generations of families in the area.
