H2 Health Acquires Outpatient Physical Therapy Businesses in Texas and Pennsylvania
Jacksonville, FL — On September 18, 2020, H2 Health, a Jacksonville based outpatient rehabilitation company, announced that it has acquired 7 additional outpatient rehabilitation and therapy clinics in Texas and Pennsylvania.
“In a private transaction with Genesis Healthcare, we are thrilled to acquire 7 additional therapy locations, allowing us to expand our H2 family of therapy care providers in Pennsylvania and Texas,” said Guy Sansone, CEO at H2 Health.
Bringing Quality Therapy to New Markets
Through the acquisition of the following locations: Riverside Rehabilitation, Plains, PA, GEM Riverside Rehabilitation, Mountaintop, PA, GEM Riverside Rehabilitation in Wilkes Barre, PA, ProStep in Amarillo, TX, ProStep in Borger, TX, ProStep in Lubbock, TX and Longview Therapy Center in Longview, TX, H2 Health and its family of rehabilitation providers will be able to provide needed therapy services to the members of these communities. Additionally, H2 Health is dedicated to providing therapy jobs in these communities post-COVID for rehabilitation therapists and administrative support. The Texas locations specialize in pediatric therapy services and work with several local school system to provide vital services to the children in these areas.
