H2 Health Announces Partnership with Back to Work Physical Therapy
Transaction expands H2’s coverage into Tampa MSA
Jacksonville, Florida — March 29, 2024
H2 Health, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, announced the acquisition of Back to Work Physical Therapy including four locations in the greater Tampa area. The transaction represents a platform expansion for H2’s business in Florida into a new market. Back to Work has been providing quality care for over 25 years. Under the direction of Burke Collins, founder and owner, the practice has grown from a single location inside a fitness center to four locations, including two recent expansions in Brandon and South Tampa.
Burke Collins commented, “From the beginning, our company has been committed to providing high-quality physical therapy. I was looking for a partner that shared similar culture, dedication to clients, and would also support our goal to continue expanding in the region.”
Amanda Streeter, Chief Administrative Officer added, “H2 is committed to growing our footprint throughout the state of Florida, and the partnership with Back to Work represents a strong investment in expanding our services into the vibrant Tampa community.” After closing this transaction, H2 Health will own and operate 210 clinic locations including over 60 locations in Florida. Anticipated development in the Southwest Florida region includes two more future acquisition and de novo expansion which will grow H2 to over 20 clinics in the market by 2025.
