H2 Health Announces the Acquisition of Endeavor Rehab Center
The transaction expands H2’s regional coverage throughout Central Texas
Jacksonville, Florida — February 28, 2022 — H2 Health, www.h2health.com, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, announced today the acquisition of Endeavor Rehab Center, the leading provider of therapy services in the greater Austin, Texas market. Founded over 10 years ago, Endeavor has grown to 13 facilities covering a broad geographic area with plans for continued expansion. BMO Harris Bank’s Sponsor Finance team provided debt financing in connection with the transaction.

After closing this transaction, H2 Health will own and operate 132 clinic locations, of which 24 are located in Texas and Oklahoma. The anticipated development is planned to grow the region to 30 clinics by the end of Q2 of 2022. H2 Health is a comprehensive rehabilitation provider with both adult and pediatric therapy services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). H2 anticipates adding pediatric therapy services including ABA to the Austin market in the near future.
