H2 Health Announces Partnership with Spine and Orthopedic Rehab of VA
Transaction further establishes H2’s footprint in Virginia and as the largest provider in the Roanoke area
Jacksonville, Florida —July 30, 2024 — H2 Health, www.h2health.com, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, announced the acquisition of Spine and Orthopedic Rehab of VA (“SORVA”) including two locations in Roanoke, VA. The transaction expands H2’s coverage in Virginia to 33 locations and continues to establish H2 as the largest provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Roanoke area with 13 locations including Lucas Therapies and H2 Health. SORVA has been providing services in Roanoke for over 22 years since it was founded in 2002 with a mission dedicated to improving the health of the community.
Under the direction of its founders, Paige Puckett, PTA and Eric Reichardt, MPT, the practice offers physical therapy and wellness services. Paige Puckett commented, “We are excited about partnering with H2 because we know that if we can continue helping patients meet their goals, our skilled therapists achieve theirs as well.” Eric Reichardt added, “H2 will support the therapist led culture that we’ve established over the last twenty years.”

After closing this transaction, H2 Health will own and operate over 227 clinic locations. H2 Health is a
comprehensive rehabilitation provider with both adult and pediatric therapy services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
