H2 Health Announces the Acquisition of Greg Ott Center for Physical Therapy
Transaction expands H2 footprint into North Carolina
Jacksonville, Florida — December 11, 2023 — H2 Health, a comprehensive rehabilitation provider, announced today the acquisition of Greg Ott Center for Physical Therapy (GOCPT), the leading provider of therapy services with four facilities in the greater Charlotte, NC market. Founded in 2010, GOCPT provides a unique and comprehensive treatment plan for each client to promote movement quality, strength, and maximize potential. In addition to Charlotte, GOCPT has successfully expanded to include locations in Mint Hill, Huntersville, and Mooresville.

After closing this transaction, H2 Health will own or operate approximately 200 locations including physical therapy clinics for adults, as well as, pediatric therapy and applied behavior analysis for children.
